Job description

We are looking for a reliable and personable account manager to maintain our client accounts and serve as a primary point of contact for goodjuju. In this role, you'll focus on building long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships while identifying opportunities to move our work forward. Successful candidates should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
  • Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
  • Work directly with CEO on business acquisition and company growth
  • Develop and maintain CRM database
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
  • Meet with the internal team to identify ways to improve the process for a better client and customer experience
  • Staying up to date on industry trends 


  • Proven work experience in account management roles
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets 
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and database management
